Eric Martin (Avantasia, Mr Big)

Eric Martin is the singer of Mr Big, part of the incredible Avantasia ensemble (about to tour Australia) and he is also chock full of amazing stories of his musical life. Eric’s played with AC/DC’s on their first San Francisco shows in 1976, played pool with #BonScott and became a fanboy. He’s also toured with Aerosmith, Journey, Bryan Adams and asked Eric Clapton for guitar picks (great story). I caught up with Eric in Spain and we bonded over our shared love of rock’n’roll and Big Star!
