Upside Down (Season 2, Episode 4)

On this week's The Upside Down, Anna and H get their skulls bombarded with metallic hardcore goodness that caught both hemisphere's attentions in one hell of a Cultural Exchange segment. For the past month London's Ithaca have been slaying the UK with their new album, 'The Language Of Injury', but will they make a new fan out of Anna? Meanwhile, H gets his ears filthy to She Cries Wolf's surprise release, 'Liar'. As a filthy animal himself, you can pretty much guess his reaction already. However the spotlight for this weeks' Common Ground goes to In Flames' latest album 'I The Mask'. Do the Swedes still have what it takes to compete in the world of metal in 2019? Listen in and find out.
